Limited Warranty:

The merchandise found on our Patriot Bulls website is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase shown on the sales receipt included in the shipment.

The guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. It excludes coverage for excessive use, misuse (accidental or intentional), abuse, theft, or total or partial loss of the piece or its components.

To validate the warranty for purchases made through our website, we recommend following these steps:

 

Inform us of the reason via email during the warranty period at: patriotbullsne@gmail.com (mailto:patriotbullsne@gmail.com), describing in detail the problem and including a photo of the product showing the defect.

If we can determine through your description and photo that the warranty applies, we will send an authorization number which must be noted on the outside of the package.

You must send the piece under warranty via courier and inform us of the tracking number.

We do not cover shipping costs.

Once we have received the product, we will analyze the defect. If the warranty applies, we will proceed with the replacement and send it back to the customer’s address at no cost.

If the warranty does not apply, the merchandise will be returned to the CUSTOMER in the condition it was received. The shipping cost will be covered by the CUSTOMER.

 

Returns

If the product was purchased on our website and you are not satisfied, the CUSTOMER can return the product within 5 natural days after receiving it from us.

Returns are not accepted after this period.

The merchandise must not be used and must be returned in the same box, with the label not removed at any time.

The shipping cost is non-refundable.

You must show your purchase receipt to validate the return.

 

Once your case has been analyzed and considered, we will send you an authorization number via email to attach to the return package.

The shipping cost and insurance for the merchandise to be returned will be covered by the CUSTOMER.

 

Refunds

Upon receiving the product, we will assess its condition. If the piece is in perfect condition and meets the return requirements, we will proceed to refund the cost of the piece(s) through the same method you used for the purchase within a maximum of ten business days.
