LIMITED WARRANTY

All merchandise purchased through the Patriot Bulls website is covered by a 3-year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase, as indicated on the included sales receipt. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage resulting from excessive use, misuse (accidental or intentional), abuse, theft, or total/partial loss of the product or its components.

How to Validate Your Warranty

  1. Notify Us: During the warranty period, email us at patriotbullsne@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue and a photo showing the defect.
  2. Authorization: If your claim qualifies, we will issue a warranty authorization number, which must be clearly noted on the outside of the return package.
  3. Return Shipping: Send the product via courier and provide the tracking number. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Processing

Once we receive the product, we will inspect the defect. If the item qualifies under the warranty, we will replace it and return it to your address at no additional cost. If the defect is not covered, the product will be returned in its original condition, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
